Shipping policy

Processing & Production: Because every piece is handcrafted to order, please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order is dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, and a second notification with your tracking details once it has been shipped.

Delivery Times: We use DHL Express for all deliveries to the US and UK. After dispatch, please allow 5–7 business days for delivery. Please note that delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs clearance and weather delays.

Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping to the US and UK.

If your order has not arrived within 21 days of your order confirmation, please contact our Client Concierge at thewestafricanstudios@gmail.com and we will investigate promptly.

Customs & Import Duties: Customs and import duties may apply upon delivery to your country. These charges are determined by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on applicable duties and taxes prior to placing your order. The West African is not liable for any customs or duties fees incurred.
