Refund policy
Because every piece is handcrafted to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Order Cancellations: Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund. As we begin production immediately, cancellations requested after this window cannot be accommodated.
Damaged or Defective Items: We take great care in the quality and packaging of every order. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at thewestafricanstudios@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photographic evidence of the damage so our Client Concierge team can review your case. Approved claims will be eligible for a full store credit to the value of the item.
Lost Shipments: If your order has not arrived within 21 days of your order confirmation and tracking shows no movement, please contact us at thewestafricanstudios@gmail.com. We will work with DHL Express to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
